ZX Distributor is a B2B wholesale distribution company providing bulk products, fulfillment services, and dedicated account support to retail and e-commerce businesses across the USA.
2. Eligibility
Our products and services are intended for licensed businesses, retailers, and wholesale buyers. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to purchase on behalf of your business.
3. Wholesale Accounts & Credit Applications
- New customers may be required to complete a Wholesale Account Application and/or Credit Application before placing orders.
- Approval of credit terms (including payment periods such as Net 30, Net 60, etc.) is at the sole discretion of ZX Distributor and will be confirmed in writing.
- Any agreed-upon credit terms will be reflected on the invoice issued for the corresponding order.
4. Orders & Pricing
- All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice.
- Orders are subject to product availability. ZX Distributor reserves the right to limit quantities or refuse orders at its discretion.
- Bulk ordering and volume discounts may apply as communicated separately by our sales team.
5. Payment Terms
- Payment must be made according to the terms agreed upon at the time of account approval or as stated on the invoice.
- Accepted payment methods will be communicated by our team and may include bank transfer, credit card, or other approved methods.
- Late payments may result in suspension of future orders or credit privileges.
6. Shipping & Delivery
- ZX Distributor will make reasonable efforts to fulfill and ship orders in a timely manner.
- Shipping times, carriers, and delivery destinations (including “Ship to Individual Customers” arrangements, where applicable) will be confirmed per order.
- Risk of loss and title for products pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Returns & Refunds
All returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary:
- All product returns must be sent back to ZX Distributor.
- Returns are subject to an eligibility check before a refund is issued.
- Approved returns will receive a full refund once eligibility is confirmed.
8. Product Authenticity & Quality
We source products from trusted global brands and apply strict quality assurance and safe packaging practices. Any concerns regarding product authenticity or quality should be reported to our support team promptly.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZX Distributor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, services, or website.
